January 19th – Down Grange Meadow
We will be working in the Spinney. We need to shift some of the chippings in the centre in preparation for tree planting in February. If you can bring a wheel barrow that would be great!

On Thursday we are back in Down Grange Meadow to finish Autumn cleaning up in the Community Copse, continue the making good in the Spinney and hopefully plant a few additional shrubs which have been waiting in pots to get to their final destination.

Next Work Party…
Looks like good weather for maintenance in the Orchard, including planting a new plum tree, prepping for the rustic log bench and siting the bird feeder table.
Also an opportunity to use the scythe cutter on the flower strips again.
